However, people with diabetes are advised to opt for sugar-free Chyavanprash.

People suffering from asthma or other respiratory ailments are advised to take it with lukewarm water and avoid milk and curd.
It is recommended to take Chyavanprash within a year from the manufacturing date as chemical deterioration may occur during the storage period, which may result in loss of the therapeutic potency of the formulation. Chyavanprash can be taken by all age groups throughout the year.
